The following is a thank you from the Davis Love family:
“I, Davis Love on behalf of my family would like to thank The Retired Firefighter Association and the Members for their prayers and the generous donation that was collected June 11, 2009 at our breakfast. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please continue to pray for my grandson CAYDEN SENG.”
Over the past 3 years Retired Lt. Jack Flood has diligently worked raising money for Food for the Poor to build a Village in Nicaragua. At this time Jack and the Retired
Firefighters have now completed 12 houses. These houses are 355 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, bath and living room. To complete this village a well needs to be dug to supply fresh running water to these homes. Jack and his wife, Ruth has already on half of the money needed. Enclosed you will find an envelope if you care to donate to this cause. We want to commend Jack and Ruth for their work on this village and water well.
Due to the lack of interest and sales not being as expected, the yearbook has been cancelled.
